What are the current laws for each state in Australia?

The Gel Blaster laws in each state seem to change yearly.

QLD – They have introduced regulatory measures which say you MUST be a member of a club if you have one of these items in your possession.
SA – They have put a hold on importing them from overseas for retailers, however it is not illegal to possess a gel blaster and you can purchase them within Australia with no restrictions. It is always advised to be a member of a club like ours in the case you are questioned by an interested Police Officer.
WA – To our knowledge, they are not restricted in any form and are legal to possess/own as they are classified as toys.
NSW – The Government/Police have hidden many cases that have been ruled against them relating to Gel Blaster. People have successfully beaten prosecution and in their case the judge has ruled they are toys, not deadly weapons. Until this date, they are reported to be illegal in NSW, however if you do own one it is always advised to be a member of a club like ours in the case you are questioned by an interested Police Officer.
VIC – The Government/Police have hidden many cases that have been ruled against them relating to Gel Blaster (as recent as July 2020). People have successfully beaten prosecution and in their case the judge has ruled they are toys, not deadly weapons. Until this date, they are reported to be illegal in NSW, however if you do own one it is always advised to be a member of a club like ours in the case you are questioned by an interested Police Officer.
NT – There is no clear and final decision that has been made in NT that we are aware of. It would be considered a grey area.
ACT – There is no clear and final decision that has been made in ACT that we are aware of. It would be considered a grey area.
