Best Internal Mods Starting from a Stock Blaster

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578914404626{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Upgrading your gearbox is what gives you that edge over your competitors. A little bit more distance, power and accuracy never hurt anybody (except your enemies), so here’s a list of the first upgrades to get, when looking to push your blaster further.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578918321334{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]

1. 11. 1v Battery

[/vc_column_text][mk_image src=”https://gelblasterclub.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/11.1v-battery.png” image_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578914539559{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]When it comes to modifying your gel blaster, it can be extremely hard to pull apart and put back together your blaster without losing or breaking something that you didn’t want to. That is why our first upgrade that we recommend is an 11.1v battery and B3 charger.

This upgrade will increase your rate of fire by up to 50%, giving you’re the ability to inflict more pain on the enemy  while also having a second battery so you can play longer. The B3 charger is required as the 11.1v battery has more pins on the charging connection, the B3 allows you to charge both your standard and upgraded battery (although, not at the same time).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578918328193{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]

2. 1.3mm Spring

[/vc_column_text][mk_image src=”https://gelblasterclub.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/1.3-mm-spring.jpg” image_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578915780296{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]If you are wanting to step it up a notch in the power area, you should consider purchasing a 1.3 upgraded spring. It is not the easiest thing to change in many blasters, however if you’re looking for a considerable difference on a budget, this is your choice. We would also consider doing the next upgrade at the same time, so keep reading![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578918334377{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]

3. Upgraded O-Ring

[/vc_column_text][mk_image src=”https://gelblasterclub.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/o-ring-e1578918213992.jpg” image_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578915826985{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]This is essential, if you open your gearbox up for the first time. You absolutely have to put in a new O-ring as the one that comes standard with the gel blasters are generally… trash. Using one of the upgraded O-ring will literally transform your blaster from the “air-leak king” to the “air-seal king”. This is by far the cheapest upgrade that has a massive effect on your blaster.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1578915841847{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Once these 3 mods are completed, you are at stage 1. This is a massive difference from what you purchased straight out of the box, and we are sure that you won’t be disappointed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
